Middlebury, Ind. – Jayco® recently celebrated their annual Dealer Homecoming event in Nashville, Tennessee (August 1st- 3rd). For the first time in three years, dealers, partners and their families were welcomed back to spend time with Jayco and get the first look at Model Year 2023 products. This year’s event was centered on the theme, Elevating the Experience. With a record crowd of over 550 attendees, Jayco expressed their dedication and commitment to elevating everything from culture and people, to quality and dealer relations.
“The messaging at this year’s Homecoming was very clear and was infused in everything we did over the three days of the show and in the DAC prior; Employee Relations / Jayco Culture, Quality and Dealer Relations,” stated Ken Walters – President & CEO “It is what we are focused on at Jayco day in and day out and we shared all of those efforts and results with our dealer partners.”
The Gaylord® Opryland Resort and Convention Center was the site of the 3 day event. The atmosphere was nothing short of nostalgic, as everyone reconnected and celebrated being together once again. Over the course of three days, dealers were able to walk the product display, have one-on-one meetings with their individual Jayco Sales Representatives and participate in various breakout sessions. Partners in attendance included finance companies, media outlets, Rollick® / Aimbase Lead Management, Jayco Ascend Ambassadors, and THOR® leadership.
Prior to the opening of the show, the yearly Jayco Dealer Advisory Council (DAC) met and reviewed all products and provided candid feedback to the leadership team. The DAC provides an invaluable cross section of the dealer body throughout North America. These meetings help set the course for changes to the following years’ models and allow feedback to ensure any changes from the prior year were successfully achieved.
Aside from reconnecting with friends and learning about new initiatives, attendees were given in depth details on new models to the Jayco lineup and more. The display showcased three brand-new units – the Jay Feather® Volaré™, the Seneca® XT and the Solstice™ Li.

- Jay Feather Volaré – This non-traditional travel trailer was designed based off of dealer requests to target younger buyers.
- Seneca XT – This rugged Super C is built on a Freightliner® chassis that’s designed and engineered specifically to handle well both on and off the pavement.
- Solstice Li – This luxury Class B Motorhome, offers consumers the flexibility of lithium and a greener alternative to a generator.
Aside from these three new units launching for the first time, each lineup of Jayco RVs had various updates including new floorplans, new interiors and new features. From the Swift® Class B’s pop top addition (Swift 20D, Swift Li 20DL), to the #1 selling floorplans, attendees were able to see it all first-hand.
The event wrapped up with an awards gala to spotlight dealers for various achievements. The showcase included congratulating Crestview® RV in Buda, TV on receiving the 2022 Jayco Founders Award and Tampa RV® in Tampa, FL on receiving the 2022 Jayco Largest Dealer Award. 50 Year Winners included Terrell Camping Center, Inc.® in Terrell, NC and Masters RV Center, Inc.® in Greenwood, SC. The 2022 Jayco Top Towable Dealer was awarded to Richardson’s RV Center® in Menifee, CA and the 2022 Jayco Top Motorized dealer was awarded to Tampa RV in Tampa, FL. Outside of these achievements, Jayco announced all winners of the Top 10 Towable Awards, Top 10 Motorized Awards and Anniversary Winners for 40, 30, 25 and 20 years.
